Bigbytes Infotech is over at F-373 in Karampura. It is a residential block, so the office is basically a converted house. We have been here for a few years now. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but the neighbors are all friendly. We do computer work and tech support for various people. The office is quite small and we have to be careful not to trip over the cables on the floor. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room. It gets a bit noisy during the day because there are always kids playing in the street outside. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls. It is just a practical space where we can work in peace. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner. Karampura is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small shops and houses close together. We like being part of the local scene here. Most of our work comes from people nearby who need help with their laptops or networks. We do not spend money on advertising, we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It is a modest way to run a business, but it works for us. We just take each day as it comes and try to do a decent job.
