Axind Softwares Pvt Ltd is located at A 291 Pandav Nagar, which is right near the Shadipur Depot in New Delhi. It’s a lively area, to say the least. There is always something going on outside, from street food vendors to the heavy traffic near the depot. Inside our office, things are a bit more focused. We spend our days writing code and testing software. It is a very normal workspace with desks, chairs, and quite a few tangled cables behind the monitors. We aren't one of those flashy startups with pool tables or free snacks; we just come here to work. Our team is a mix of people who genuinely like solving technical problems. The New Delhi heat can be pretty intense, so the air conditioning is usually running at full blast throughout the day. We have been in this spot for several years and we’ve become a part of the local scenery in Pandav Nagar. We don't go for big, fancy presentations or corporate jargon. When we talk to people about their software needs, we just tell them what can be done and how long it will take. Sometimes we hit a bug that takes all night to fix, and those are the long days where we just keep going until it’s right. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here. We’re just regular people trying to build useful things that actually work for our clients.
