You can find Avs Infotech at 15/12 in East Patel Nagar. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we’ve been tucked away in this spot for a good while. The space is mostly filled with computers and half-finished projects that we’re tinkering with. It’s not the kind of office you see in those brochures with the glass walls and bright lights. Ours is more of a lived-in space with mismatched chairs and a fan that clicks when it’s on the high setting. We handle a lot of info-tech work, which basically means we spend our mornings looking at code and our afternoons trying to figure out why a database isn't behaving. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day, which helps when you need to concentrate on a screen for six hours straight. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around talking until it comes back on, which is just how it goes in this part of town. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door so people don't get lost. Most of the people who come by are locals or folks who heard about us from someone else in the area. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, nothing too complicated, just us doing our jobs and trying to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes we order lunch from the place around the corner or just bring something from home to eat at the desk.
