Our office is located in the basement of E-135 in Lajpat Nagar-1. It’s a South Delhi neighborhood that’s always full of people and cars. Working out of a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a big plus during those Delhi heatwaves. Avoke Infotech is a small group of us doing software and tech work. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. You just walk down the stairs and there we are. It’s a bit of a maze in Lajpat Nagar sometimes, but we like the location because everything you could need is just a short walk away. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires. We aren't into the whole polished business look. We just want a quiet corner to focus. Some people think working in a basement is weird, but it actually helps us stay concentrated on the screens. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or building little pieces of software. It’s a regular job for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the latest tech updates. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a steady one. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’re quite settled in. It suits us just fine. We don't need a view of the street to write good code and fix bugs for our clients.
