Avish Enterprises

Avish Enterprises is situated in the Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase II, at C 139. Mayapuri is a very busy and dusty place with lots of workshops and warehouses all crammed together. Our unit is one of many in the row, and we have a heavy metal shutter at the front that we roll up every morning. Inside, there is a lot of space for storage and a small area where we have a desk and a couple of chairs. It is mostly an industrial setup, so it is not very pretty to look at. We deal with a lot of heavy boxes and parts, and there is usually a truck or a small tempo parked outside waiting to be loaded. The air is always thick with the sound of machinery from the other units nearby. We have a small cupboard for our files and a dusty old fan that wobbles when it is on high speed. It is a lot of hard work keeping track of everything coming in and going out, and our clothes usually end up a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We do not have many people just walking in; most of our business is done over the phone or with people we have known for years in the trade. It is a tough environment but it is where we do our daily business and we are used to the noise.
