We are based at Kothi No. 42-A, Phase-2 in Prem Nagar, Najafgarh. Our place is easy to spot because we are near the Vodafone Tower. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into our office space. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, just another building in Prem Nagar. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of living space and office desks. We’ve got computers set up and files everywhere. Being in Najafgarh, we deal with the usual power cuts and the dust that comes with the area. We aren't some global giant with offices in every country, despite the name. We are just a small group of people working hard from this kothi. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, answering calls and tracking shipments. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, which can be frustrating. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks working away. We try to keep things real and don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just focus on the work at hand and try to make sure everything gets done by the end of the week. It’s a local operation through and through, and we’re happy to be part of the community here in Phase-2. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work even on the long days when we have too much to do.
