The building itself is just a normal house converted into a workspace. You won't see any flashing lights or big billboards pointing the way. Most people who come to us are local or have heard about us from a friend. That’s how we prefer it, to be honest. It feels more personal when you know the people you’re dealing with. We handle the daily tasks as they come. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules that don't make sense. We just try to be decent and do the work right. If something breaks, we fix it. If someone needs help, we see what we can do. It’s a practical way to live and work in a place like India. We’ve been at this address for some time and don’t plan on going anywhere else. We just take it one day at a time here.
