Arrow Solutions is tucked away in Dharampura, specifically at Plot No. A-1/37. People around here usually know the Chunna Bhatti landmark, and we are quite close to that in the Najafgarh area. It’s a local neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a big business district. Our office is a simple place. We didn't spend much on the interior, just enough to have a place to sit and work. We’ve been here for several years now. It’s mostly just a few of us. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons dealing with whatever projects are on the table. Najafgarh is a bit far out for some, but for us, it’s home. The roads can be a bit bumpy around Dharampura, especially when it rains. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the tasks we have, and go home to our families. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do. We know the local chai wala and most of the people on our street. It’s a quiet life in a way, just keeping the business running without much fuss. We don’t use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper still do the trick better. This is just who we are, sitting in our little spot in Najafgarh and getting on with things.
