We are based in Uttam Nagar, specifically at B-57 in Kiran Garden. Our shop is right opposite Gali No. 16 on the main Hanuman Mandir Road. If you are coming here by the metro, we are very close to metro pillar No. 725. It is a busy part of the city and there are people walking past the door all day long. Being so close to the temple means there is usually some music or the sound of bells drifting in, which makes the day go by a bit faster. The shop itself is a simple place. We have some shelves for parts and a long workbench where we spend most of our time doing technical repairs and putting things together. It is definitely not a showroom. There are loose wires in some corners and stacks of old components waiting to be sorted through. Customers are always dropping in with questions or bringing in things that need to be fixed, so the front door stays open most of the time. It gets quite cold in the winter, so we usually have a small heater running under the desk to keep our feet warm. Our team is just a few people who have been working with electronics for many years. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just look at whatever problem is in front of us and try to find a practical way to fix it. We like being part of this neighborhood.
