A-One Bakery Machines is over in Nangloi, specifically at G-75A/2 in Laxmi Park. If you walk down the street, you will probably hear us before you see us. We work with all kinds of stuff that bakers need, like big mixers, ovens, and dough rollers. The shop is full of stainless steel and heavy parts. It can get pretty warm inside, especially when we are testing out one of the larger ovens for a customer. We have been in Laxmi Park for years, and we have seen a lot of small bakeries start up in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to guys who are just starting their own shops and need to know which machine will fit in their small space. It is a hands-on kind of place. Our hands are usually a bit oily from working on the gears. We don't have a shiny showroom with carpets. It is a workshop where we put things together and make sure they spin right. People come from all over Delhi because they know we have the specific parts for these older machines. We don't bother with fancy talk or marketing. We just show them how the machine works and tell them how to clean it. It is a busy life, but it is good to see the machines we sold years ago still making bread today. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat or a part when they are in the area.
