Amu Leather Wares

You can find Amu Leather Wares over at the Dda Shopping Complex in Triveni Market. We’re in units A-4/38 and 39. It’s right in the middle of Paschim Vihar. We’ve been working with leather for years now and this shop is where everything happens. It smells like leather the minute you walk in, which I guess we’ve just gotten used to. It’s a busy market, so there is always noise outside and people walking past our windows. We have a lot of tools and scraps lying around because we’re always in the middle of making something. It isn’t the cleanest place, but it’s where the real work gets done. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just the workshop and a small space to talk to people who drop by. We’ve been in this spot in Triveni Market for quite a while. Most of the other shop owners are our friends now. We handle the leather ourselves, cutting and stitching day in and day out. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when we have a big order, but we just put our heads down and finish it. It’s a simple life, working with our hands. We don’t need much else. If you're in Paschim Vihar, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without noticing. The lights flicker a bit sometimes, but we know where everything is even in the dark.
