Chand Leather

You can find Chand Leather at 32 Ansal Majestic Tower. We are right across from the PVR Cinema in Vikaspuri. It’s a decent spot because people coming for a movie often stop by to look at our leather goods while they wait. The shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot of jackets, belts, and wallets onto the racks. It’s mostly just us here every day, dusting the shelves and talking to anyone who wanders in. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles for the staff. I usually just wear my old work shirt, and we keep things very casual with everyone. The tower itself has a lot of offices and other small shops, so there is always some movement in the hallways. We've been in Vikaspuri for a while now. We don't do much advertising at all; most people just see the sign when they are going to the cinema or the food stalls nearby. It’s a simple setup. We keep the lights on and wait for the customers to come in. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down, and we have to carry heavy boxes up the stairs, which isn't much fun for anyone. But that’s just part of the job. We don't try to push people into buying things they don't really want. We just show the quality of the leather and let them decide for themselves. It’s a quiet life compared to the big markets.
