Our place is at B-1/6 in Janak Puri, right on the main Najafgarh Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always something going on outside. The building isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Most of our staff has been here for a long time, so they know the layout like the back of their hands. The morning starts with the sound of the traffic picking up. We get the rooms ready and check on anyone who stayed overnight. It’s a lot of routine work, like checking charts and making sure the medicine cabinet is stocked. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a local hospital helping out the folks in Janak Puri. The waiting room has a few chairs and a TV that’s usually playing the news. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling sound, but it keeps the place cool enough. People come in with all sorts of worries, and we do our best to help them get through it. We aren't into big advertisements or fancy websites. Most people find out about us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them about us. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and focus on the patients who walk through that front door on Najafgarh Road. It's been our daily reality for years.
