If you’re coming by the metro, look for pillar number 546 near the Janakpuri East station. That’s the easiest way to explain where we are. We sit right on the main Najafgarh Road at B-1/6. It’s a noisy spot because of the traffic and the trains overhead, but you get used to it. The building has been here for a while. It’s got a lot of history for those of us who work here. We spend our days managing the flow of people coming in from the street. Some are just passing by and need something small, others are here for bigger issues. The lobby gets crowded, and we often have to remind people to keep the walkway clear. The staff drinks a lot of tea to stay sharp during those long afternoon stretches. We don't have any of those glossy brochures or fancy slogans. We just have our desks, our equipment, and the people we see every day. Janakpuri is a lively area, and being near the metro means we see people from all over. It’s a practical place. The elevators are a bit slow, and the floor tiles are worn down in the spots where people walk the most. It shows how many people have come through these doors over the years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, right here under the metro line. It's a busy corner of the world, but it's where we work.
