Alyce Ecom Solutions is run out of House No. Rz-56A in South Ex. Part-III, Uttam Nagar. It is a home-office. That is how a lot of small shops in Delhi start out. We don't have a giant warehouse or a flashy storefront. We just use the extra space we have to handle our e-commerce work. Uttam Nagar is very crowded. There is always something happening outside the window. It can be a bit distracting, but we like the energy. We handle everything from listing products to managing orders from this one spot. The office is mostly filled with boxes and computer monitors. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a small operation. Most of the work is done by one or two people. We don't have a HR department or a marketing team. We just handle the business ourselves. It’s a lot of work and the hours can be long, especially when there are a lot of orders to process. We drink a lot of chai to keep going. We aren't trying to be the next big global company; we just want to run a solid e-commerce business from our corner of Uttam Nagar. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We appreciate the flexibility of working from this location. No fancy suits here, just casual clothes and hard work.
