Allied Spices

If you are looking for us, we are located in Hari Nagar, right near the Clock Tower in the Nanak Pura area. Most people around here use Tihar Central Jail as a landmark since it is so close. Allied Spices is a straightforward place. We operate out of a building that has seen better days, but it serves its purpose for what we do. The neighborhood is always active, with people walking to the market and bikes weaving through the traffic. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It is a bit cramped inside with all the sacks of spices stacked up, but we have a system that works for us. The staff has been around for a long time, so we all know what needs to be done without much talk. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years in this part of Delhi. It gets very noisy outside during the day, especially near the clock tower, but once you are inside the warehouse, it is just the smell of coriander and turmeric. We usually take a break in the afternoon when the sun is high and have some lunch together. It is just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily demands of the spice trade here in this busy corner of the city.
