Usually, we just walk in, turn on the lights, and start on the emails and project files. The sound of the traffic from the main road is always there in the background, but we don't mind it much. It’s part of being in this part of Delhi. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we just want to do our jobs well and get home in time for dinner. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the finish line. There is a tea stall nearby that makes really good ginger tea, and we usually send someone to get a round for everyone around five o'clock. It’s a very straightforward way of working. No one wears suits here. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the screens. It’s a small, practical business run by regular people who like solving problems.
