Ajay Jha

My name is Ajay Jha and I run things out of my home here in Uttam Nagar. We are located in Flat No. E - 420 in the Pocket III DDA Flats. If you know New Delhi, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes trying to find the right block, but we’ve been here for a good while. I started doing this just because I needed a way to work for myself without having to commute through the Delhi traffic every single day. It’s not a corporate office with a reception or anything like that. It’s just a flat where I get my work done. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and it gets a bit noisy, but that’s just life in the DDA flats. I handle most of the calls and the paperwork myself. It keeps me busy from morning until late evening. People from around the neighborhood know me, and that’s how I get most of my business. I didn't want to make a big website or anything, I just prefer talking to people directly. It feels more honest that way. My space is small, but it works for what I need to do right now. Dealing with the heat in the summer can be tough, but we just keep the fan going and keep working through it. It’s a regular life in a busy city.
