Our place is located at 3/20A in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area. It is a very busy part of Delhi, and the roads around here are always full of big trucks and tempos moving goods. We work with computers and all sorts of electronic parts that people need. Inside our unit, it is a mix of old motherboards, long cables, and boxes stacked all the way up to the ceiling. It is not the cleanest looking place you will ever see, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting hardware and putting together systems for our clients. It is much more of a workshop than a fancy showroom. Most of our clients are other local businesses who need their technology sorted out quickly. We have a small team of guys who are very good with their hands and do not mind getting a bit of grease on them while they work. The lighting inside is not great, and it can get a bit stuffy in the back room, but we have some fans to keep the air moving around. We have been in Kirti Nagar for a long time, so we have seen the area change quite a bit. We do not do much in the way of fancy marketing. We just have our name on the board outside and we wait for the phone to ring or someone to drop by. It is a simple operation and it keeps us busy from morning until night.
