Janakpuri is a busy place and we are right here at Jyoti Shikhar in the District Center. It is a bit of a maze sometimes if you are not used to it but we are at GF-18. Most days start with opening up the shutters and seeing what needs fixing first. People bring in laptops that won't turn on or screens that are just black. We spend a lot of time sitting at the desks looking at motherboards and trying to figure out where the problem is. It gets noisy outside with all the people walking around the center. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that is a good break. The address is 202 Jyoti Shikhar No. 8 and we have been in this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a workspace with enough room for the tools and the spare parts we keep around. You might see us looking through piles of cables or testing out a new hard drive. The air conditioning works mostly but when it’s really hot in Delhi it struggles a bit. We just keep working through the list of repairs. It is a practical life here in Janakpuri. We see all sorts of people from the neighborhood. Some are in a hurry and others want to talk about their computers for an hour. We just listen and do the work that is in front of us today.
