Acires Labs is tucked away on the second floor of C 24 in Punjabi Basti, which is part of the Nangloi area in West Delhi. It’s a very local, bustling neighborhood. If you're looking for us, you have to navigate through some busy streets filled with small shops and vendors. Our space on the second floor isn't massive, but it's enough for what we need. We do a lot of lab-style tech work here, hence the name we chose. The team is usually busy with some kind of testing or coding. It’s not the kind of place where people wear ties or formal clothes. We're more comfortable in jeans and t-shirts while we work on our computers. The sounds of the market outside can be pretty loud sometimes, especially in the afternoons, but we’ve learned to tune it out over time. We started Acires Labs because we wanted to have a place of our own in this part of town. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to going to the main city. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. If there's a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it's sorted out. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We just enjoy the process of building stuff and seeing it work. It’s honest work in a very busy part of Delhi.
