1Leap Technologies is located at A-21, Laxmi Vihar, on Jain Road. We are in the Mohan Garden area of Uttam Nagar. It’s a really packed neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside. Our office is just a regular building where we do our tech work. It’s a lot of computers and people typing away. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work that comes in, whether it’s software or tech support. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, and the traffic in Uttam Nagar is famous for being slow. We usually just hunker down and get the work done. The office is a bit of a mix of old furniture and new computers. We don’t really care about the look as long as the internet is fast and the coffee is hot. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a local feel even if we are working on technology. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just want to do a good job on the projects we have. Sometimes we stay late because the work is interesting, or because we are trying to meet a deadline. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We've been at this Mohan Garden spot for a few years now, and the tea stall at the corner is basically our second office. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks.
