We are based out in Borgaon, which is part of the Wardha district. It’s a lot of metal and heat around here most days. The site is pretty big, and there’s always something moving, like trucks coming in or cranes shifting things around. We deal with the heavy stuff, raw materials and processed metal. It gets dusty, especially when the wind picks up across the open ground near the plant. Most of the guys working here are local, living just a short trip away from Borgaon. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot, though the furnaces keep things warm regardless of the season. It’s loud work, you have to shout sometimes to be heard over the machinery. We make sure the batches are right and the loading happens on schedule. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the day fixing it with grease up to our elbows. That’s just how it goes in a place like this. We don't have a fancy office, just a small space with some desks and a coffee machine that barely works. Wardha is a quiet place otherwise, but we keep things moving here. People know us as the big metal place at Borgaon. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do day in and day out without much fuss. We try to get home before the sun sets completely over the fields. It's a long day but it's what we know.
