Lloyds Steel Industries Ltd

We’ve been operating out of Lloyds Nagar for a good while now. Our spot is at M-4/D-8 right here in Wardha. It’s not a quiet place, that’s for sure. Working with steel means there is always some kind of noise, whether it's the machines humming or the heavy loading going on outside. The dust gets everywhere, especially in the summer when it’s dry, but that’s just part of the job. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we have a pretty local crew. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s more about the shop floor and the yard where the real work happens. Sometimes the trucks get backed up at the gate and it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage to sort it out. We spend most of our time checking specs and moving piles of metal around. It’s heavy work and it wears you out by the end of the shift. We’ve seen the seasons change from this office for years. The monsoon rains make everything muddy, which is another challenge altogether. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes in. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. Just desks, tools, and a lot of steel. That's how it is for us every day in 442001. We just get on with it. We aren't really much for sitting around talking; there is always a new batch to check or a machine that needs a look.
