At Lloyds Steel Industries Limited, we are based over on Bhugaon Link Road. It’s a decent area in Bhugaon where things are a bit more spread out compared to the city center. Our facility is right there on the road, so it’s hard to miss if you are driving through the area. Working with steel is what we do every day, and our location on the link road makes it easier for the trucks to come and go without getting stuck in too much traffic. The weather out here can be a bit unpredictable, and the yard gets quite hot in the summer, but that is part of the life we chose. We have a crew that has been around for a long time, and they know the ins and outs of the steel business better than most. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or polished marketing materials. We just show up, get the steel ready, and make sure everything is handled properly before the day ends. It’s a practical way of doing things that has worked for us so far. Bhugaon has its own pace, and we fit right into it. There’s always a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around, but that is why we are here. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay productive in our corner of the world. It gets dusty, but we don't mind the mess much anymore.
