If you find yourself at Nandori Square in Hinganghat, you’ll see the Nikhade Complex. We are right there on the first floor. Kirti College Of Technology is just a few rooms where we get things done. Being in Sant Tukdoji Ward means we are right in the middle of the local life in Wardha. It gets noisy outside sometimes with the traffic at the square, but we’ve gotten used to it. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so everyone has to watch their step. We don’t have a massive campus with gardens or anything like that. It’s just an office-style setup where we teach technology. It’s honest work. The staff here are mostly local people who know the area well. We talk about our families and the local news over lunch. The students are usually from the nearby villages or Hinganghat itself. We try to keep things simple and easy to understand. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a small group of people trying to run a college. Sometimes the computers act up and we have to fix them, or the rain makes the square a bit messy. But we show up every day and do what we need to do. It’s a modest place in a busy part of town, and that’s just how we like it. We focus on the students and the lessons without any extra drama.
