Jayswal Neco Ltd

This branch of Jayswal Neco Ltd is located at Quarter Number W-32 on Bye Pass Road in Chandrapur. We are right across from the D. R. C. Health Club, so it’s easy to find us if you know where that is. The office is basically a converted residential quarter, which gives it a very local, lived-in feel. It’s not a glass-and-steel skyscraper. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of work to get through. Chandrapur can get incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working right. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We aren't wearing suits and ties. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. We get a lot of noise from the Bye Pass Road, but you get used to the sound of trucks and cars after a while. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just follow common sense and try to keep things moving. If someone stops by, they’re likely to find us busy with paperwork or on the phone. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of chairs near the door. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We’ve been here a good while and the locals know us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily grind without making a big scene. It is a simple place to work.
