Wardha is a small enough place where you can find things just by mentioning landmarks, like being near Rajkala Talkies. That’s where we are, at Endshockric Private Limited. We share space with J M Drona, so it’s not just us in the building. It’s a bit of an old-school setup, which fits the vibe of the neighborhood. The cinema nearby always has people hanging around, and you can hear the crowds when a big movie is playing. Our office is fairly basic, just the essentials like tables, chairs, and our systems. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive decor or fancy lighting. We’re just here to do our jobs and go home. Working in Wardha means we know most of the people who walk past our door. We don't use much jargon or complicated business speak because it doesn't really work here. If something breaks, we fix it. If a job comes in, we do it. It’s a very straightforward way of existing. Sometimes it gets dusty because of the road outside, but we just keep the windows shut and get on with it. There’s no big management hierarchy; we just decide what needs doing and someone does it. It’s a humble operation, and we’re quite alright with that. It’s been our base for a while now, and we don't see any reason to change how we do things. It works for our small team.
