We are located out in Shivaji Colony, specifically in the Mhase Lay Out area of Pulgaon. It’s a quiet part of Wardha district, and things move a bit slower here compared to the big cities. Being in Deoli tehsil means we know most of the people around us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building where we do our technical work. Sudhir Vijayrao Ghate is the name associated with this spot. We spend our days looking at plans and trying to make sense of the technical requirements for the projects we take on. Maharashtra summers are tough, so we mostly work early or late to stay out of the midday heat. The roads in Pulgaon aren't always the best, but we manage. We aren't a big city firm with glass walls. Our walls are painted a plain color and we have some old wooden desks that have seen better days. We don't talk much about goals or visions, we just focus on the tasks for the week. Usually, the tea stall nearby is where we catch up on local news during the break. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing the forms. If you're coming from the main part of Wardha, just keep heading toward the colony and you'll find us near the layout. It's just a normal day-to-day business for us here in Maharashtra.
