We're based out of Chandrapur, specifically in the Hindustan Lalpeth area at Collery No 1. Our office is near the old WCL Canteen, which most locals use as a landmark. It’s a bit of a different setting for a tech company, being so close to the collieries, but we like it here. It’s where we started and it’s where we feel at home. The office is in the care of Sunil Rameshchandra Shukla. We spend our time working on various solutions, mostly just trying to stay on top of the technical challenges that come our way. Chandrapur can get pretty hot, so we spend a lot of time inside with the fans going, focused on our screens. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes, we talk like normal people, and we don’t use a lot of industry jargon if we can help it. We just wanted to build something useful in our own town instead of moving to a big city like Mumbai or Pune. The canteen nearby is a good spot for a break, and it reminds us that we’re part of a working community. We just take things one day at a time, making sure our work is solid and that we're being fair with everyone we deal with.
