Sri Vijetha Junior College

Sri Vijetha Junior College is right in the middle of Lashkar Bazaar in Warangal, 506001. If you’ve ever walked through Lashkar Bazaar, you know how busy the shops and the streets can get. Our college is right there in the mix of it all. We mainly have students in their eleventh and twelfth years who are getting ready for their big board exams. It’s a stressful time for them, so the atmosphere can be quite intense during the exam seasons. The building is a simple multi-story structure. We don't have elevators, so everyone gets plenty of exercise walking up and down the stairs to their classes. The classrooms are filled with benches and we try to keep enough fans running to fight the Warangal heat, which can get pretty bad in the afternoons. Our staff stays in a small room on the ground floor where they handle all the registrations and student queries. It’s not a quiet place because of the bazaar noise, but the students get used to it quickly. We don't offer anything fancy like swimming pools or huge gyms. We just have the classrooms and the books. Students usually grab a snack from the local vendors outside during their breaks. It’s a very typical junior college experience. We focus on the daily schedule and making sure the syllabus is finished on time. We’ve been here for years, and most people in Warangal know our location in the bazaar.
