I stay at H. No. 19-4 in the village of Khadarpeta. It is a small place in the Chennaraopet Mandal. Most folks around here know me as Kusa Sudarshan. I’ve lived in this house for years, and it is where I handle everything I need to do. Khadarpeta isn't a very big village, so word travels fast if anything happens. My daily routine is pretty much the same most days. I get up early before it gets too hot and start working on whatever needs my attention. The house is old but it stays cool enough in the shade. I don’t have a lot of modern equipment or a big office setup. It is just me and my basic tools. Sometimes I have to go into the main town in the Mandal for supplies or to meet people, but I prefer staying here in the village. The neighbors are mostly good people who have been here as long as I have. We share water when someone’s well goes dry and help out during the harvest times. It isn't a life of luxury, but it’s honest work. I don’t use any big words to describe what I do. I just help people out when they need it and try to make sure my own family is taken care of. That is the way we do things here in this part of the world.
