Sri Lakshmi Water Plant

Sri Lakshmi Water Plant is located right at the Hanuman Nagar Junction in Hanamkonda. Being at the junction means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. It’s a very central spot and we’ve been here long enough that people use us as a landmark sometimes. The plant itself is where all the activity happens. We have the machinery running and people coming in to get their cans filled up. It’s noisy and wet sometimes but that’s just how a water plant is. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything. Most people just pull up their bikes or autos and get what they need. We’ve got a small team here and we all do a bit of everything, from moving the heavy bottles to checking the filters. Hanamkonda is a busy place and being at this junction keeps us on our toes. We don’t have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the water is ready and the plant is running right. The building is simple and we’ve made some repairs here and there over the years to keep it going. It’s a local operation and we know many of our customers by their first names. We just like being part of the daily life here in Hanuman Nagar. It’s a lot of work but it’s honest and we’re glad to be here at the junction.
