Satya Tiffins

Our little spot at house number 2-8-626 in Bhavani Nagar is usually the first one to have the lights on in the morning. Hanamkonda can be quite chilly before the sun comes up, but the kitchen here is always warm. We start getting things ready for the breakfast rush way before most people are even awake. You can hear the sound of the grinders and the smell of the tiffins cooking from down the street. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We don't have fancy menus or soft chairs, just regular tables where people from around the neighborhood sit down for a quick bite before work. Sometimes it gets really crowded and people have to wait a bit, but nobody seems to mind too much. We try to keep the place clean, though it gets a bit hectic when the school kids and office goers all arrive at the same time. The counter is always a bit sticky with tea spills by mid-morning. We’ve been serving the folks here in Bhavani Nagar for a while, and we know most of our regulars by their faces and what they like to eat. It is just honest work, making sure the sambar is hot and the chutneys are fresh every single day. We don't do anything flashy, just stay busy in our corner of Hanamkonda until the shutters go down in the evening.
