About Murali Welding Works – Furniture in Warangal
I have my welding shop at H. No -76 in Edullapally, over in the Kothaguda area of Warangal. It is just a small workshop where I spend most of my day with a helmet on. There are sparks flying everywhere and the smell of hot metal is always in the air. I fix gates, farm tools, and sometimes even bicycle frames. Whatever needs joining together, I can usually handle it. I started this shop because I like working with my hands and seeing something broken get fixed up. It is not a clean job. My clothes are full of little burn holes and my boots are always scuffed up from the metal scraps on the floor. People bring their broken stuff to me and we talk for a bit while I look at the damage. I do not have a receptionist or a waiting room. People just stand around or sit on a stool while I work on their things. Sometimes I have to go out to someone's house if the thing that needs welding is too big to move. The electric bill is always high because of the machines, but that is just how it goes. I have lived in Edullapally for most of my life so I know just about everyone who walks past the shop. It is a good way to earn a living and stay busy in the community every day of the week.
