K Raj Kumar

I’m K Raj Kumar and I run my business out of Warangal. I’ve been based in the 506002 area for many years now. It’s not a complicated setup. I have a small space where I do my work and meet with people who need my help. I don't have a big team or a lot of expensive equipment, just the essentials to get the job done right. Most of my day is spent either working on projects or talking to people about what they need. I think being local is important because people know they can just come and see me if there’s an issue. I don't use much in the way of marketing. Usually, it’s just a neighbor telling another neighbor about the work I do. I try to be as practical as possible. If something needs fixing or a task needs completing, I just get to it. I don't like to overcomplicate things with a lot of talk. The city of Warangal is where I grew up, so I feel a strong connection to the people here. It’s a good feeling to be able to work in your own hometown. Things aren't always perfect, and some days are harder than others, but I just keep going and try to be fair with everyone I deal with. I keep my books by hand and my door is almost always unlocked during the day so people can just walk in without much fuss.
