Inumula Shyambabu

I run this small operation at H. No. 11-4-264/A in Christian Colony. It’s mostly just me here, though sometimes I have a cousin come by to help with the paperwork when things get a bit backed up. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so setting up the business here felt like the right thing to do. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except for the morning traffic when everyone is heading out to work. People come to see me for various things, mostly local services and advice on how to get their documents sorted out. The office isn't much to look at, just a room with a ceiling fan that squeaks a bit and a big wooden desk I’ve had for fifteen years. I don’t really go for fancy decorations or those shiny posters you see in the city offices. My customers are mostly neighbors or people who live a few blocks away. They know they can just knock on the door and I’ll see them if I’m not busy with someone else. I try to keep things simple and honest. If I can’t do something, I just say so right away instead of making people wait. It’s just how I was taught to work. It’s been about ten years now since I started using this space, and I don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon because the people here are good to me.
