Dharaniputhra Farmers Producer Company Limited

We operate out of house number 2-68 in Nerada village. Dharaniputhra Farmers Producer Company is basically just the local guys here getting together. Farming in Nerada has its ups and downs, so we figured working as one group makes more sense than everyone struggling on their own. We handle the usual stuff like seeds and looking after the harvest. The office isn't much to look at, just a functional space at the H.No.2-68 address. We spend most of our time dealing with the actual crops. We aren't a big corporation with people in suits. We are just farmers who know how to work the land. Sometimes the yields are good, sometimes they aren't, but we keep going. We help each other out with equipment and finding buyers for the produce. It takes a lot of effort to coordinate everyone, and we have a lot of meetings that go late into the evening. We don't use any fancy language because that's not who we are. We're practical people. If you come by Nerada, you'll see what we're about. It’s a lot of dusty boots and hands-on work. We keep the books in order at the village office, but the real heart of the business is in the fields surrounding the village. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay. It’s just how things are done here in our part of the country. We keep it simple and honest.
