Dasaripally Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our office is right in Dasaripally, at house number 3-39. This is out in the Narsampet area, which is very much a farming community. Dasaripally Farmer Producer Company is just a way for us locals to band together. We don’t have a fancy corporate building; it’s just a house where we keep our files and meet up. You might find some farm equipment parked outside or bags of grain waiting to be moved. We spend our days talking to the people who grow the food. It’s not a complicated operation. We keep track of who is growing what and try to find the best way to get it to market. Sometimes the internet is slow out here, so we do a lot of things by hand in big ledger books. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. Narsampet is a good area, but it can be a long drive if you are coming from the city. We don’t mind the quiet, though. Most of our members are just our friends and family from the village. We have meetings where everyone gets to say what they think, which can take a long time. There is no rush here; we just want to make sure the work is done right. It’s a very local, very simple way of running a company that stays close to its roots. We just do what we can to keep the farms going.
