About Ameer Pasha Rexine Works – Tourism in Warangal
It is usually pretty noisy around here at the shop in Kommulavancha. We do all kinds of rexine work, mostly fixing up old seats or making covers for things. Ameer Pasha Rexine Works has been sitting at H.No:-C-3-87 for a good while now. If you walk past, you’ll probably see scraps of material on the floor and hear the sewing machines running. It’s a dusty job but someone has to do it. Narsimhulapeta is a small enough place that most folks know where to find us if they need something patched up. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the work we do every day. Sometimes it gets crowded inside when we have a few big rolls of rexine delivered and there's nowhere to step. We try to keep things organized, but it never stays that way for long. Usually, the morning is for cutting and the afternoon is for sewing. We get people coming in from the nearby villages too. It's not a complicated business, just simple work with our hands. We drink a lot of chai to keep going, especially when the weather is hot and the fan doesn't do much. The shop is small, but it’s ours. We’ve been at this address for years and seen the road outside get paved and then get holes in it again. It is just how things go. We keep a few chairs for people to wait, but they usually just stand and talk while we finish up.
