You can find us over in Anjanagiri, which is part of the Wanaparthy area. Our small office is at house number 1-50/3. It’s a modest place where we coordinate everything for our group of farmers. Kashimnagar is where many of us have our fields and do the hard work. We decided to set this up because it was getting harder to manage everything individually. Now we sort out the seeds and fertilizers together. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes it gets a bit messy inside. There are bags of samples and ledgers all over the main table. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We spend our mornings checking on the crops and our afternoons here doing the books. Everyone who works here is from the local community. We know the families and the history of the land around here. It makes a difference when you’re working with people you’ve known since childhood. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the harvest is decent and we get a fair shake at the market. The building is a bit old, but it serves its purpose for now. We keep things moving, even when the rain is late or the pests are bad. It’s just the life of a farmer, but now we have a proper name on the door and a place to meet.
