Pebbair Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in Ayyavaripally Village, which is part of the Pebbair area in Mahbubnagar. Our main spot is house number 3-61. If you know the village, you know it’s a quiet place where most everyone is involved in farming one way or another. This spot in the village is where we all gather to handle the group business. It’s a lot of work and we don’t always get everything right on the first try. Being in Mahbubnagar, we have to deal with the heat and the water issues that come every year. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records and meet up to talk about what needs doing next. There are no fancy suits here, just people in their everyday clothes coming in from the fields to discuss things. We handle a lot of the logistics ourselves, like figuring out transport for the harvest or checking on the crops we’ve grown. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy and we have to spend hours sorting it out, but that’s just how it goes. We’re all learning as we go along. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most people know where to find us if they need to talk. It’s a community effort more than anything else, and we just try to keep things moving. We do not have any big corporate backing, so we rely on each other to get things done right.
