Our group is based out of Kalwarala in the Wanaparthy area. We call ourselves the Kalwarala Mango Farmers Producer Company Limited. If you need to find us, we are at H.No.1-246. It’s a quiet place, mostly just fields and farm houses. We are just a bunch of local guys who have been growing mangoes for years. We decided to form this company to help move our fruit to the markets better. Farming is hard work, and doing it alone is even harder. By being a producer company, we can talk to buyers as one group. We don’t really do anything besides mangoes. It’s what our families have done for generations. Most days are spent looking at the trees and worrying about the pests or the sun. We aren't experts in business talk, we just know how to pick the fruit when it's ready. The office at house 1-246 is where we meet to figure out the logistics. It's a practical arrangement. We don't have a lot of extra staff, just the farmers themselves doing the work. We wanted to make sure our village gets a fair shake. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
