We've been here on Main Road in Vyara for a good while now. Being right near Dena Bank means there is always something going on outside our door. People are constantly coming and going from the bank, and we see the same faces every day. It gets pretty dusty out here on the main road, especially in the afternoons when the traffic picks up. We mostly just keep the shop tidy and wait for customers to stop by after they finish their bank errands. It’s a busy spot. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the horns and people chatting, but you get used to it. The shop isn't huge, but we have our regular things tucked away on the shelves. It’s just how things are here. My uncle started this place and now we just keep it running. Opening up early is the first thing we do, then we sweep the front and get ready for whoever walks in. It’s a simple life really. Doing anything fancy isn't our style, we just sell what folks need. Most people know us because we've been sitting here for years. The rain can be a bit of a mess during the monsoon, as the water sometimes collects right in front of the step. We just put out a few bricks and keep going. That’s just Vyara for you. It's a nice enough place to work if you don't mind the heat. We stay busy with the local crowd.
