L&T Construction

Our L&T Construction site is based out in Kakapara Anumala, which is near Bardoli in the Tapi district. It is a bit of a rural setting compared to the big city offices, but that’s where the actual building happens. We have our temporary structures and containers set up on-site to manage the daily operations. It gets quite dusty and hot out here in the open fields, especially during the summer. We are a crew of workers, supervisors, and engineers who spend most of our time in hard hats and boots. There is always the sound of machinery in the background and people shouting over the noise to get things done. We don't have fancy carpets or air conditioning in every corner. It is a practical place meant for hard work. Most of us travel from Bardoli or other nearby parts of Tapi to get here every morning. We deal with the weather, the mud when it rains, and the long hours because that is what construction life is like. We don't spend much time on polished speeches or corporate presentations. Our focus is just on the project in front of us and making sure the foundations are right. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. We are just a local team doing our bit on this stretch of land in Kakapara.
