Our place is out in Karakavalasa Village. We are located on Plot No. 27 and 28 in the Gantyada Mandal area of Vijayanagaram. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but we really like the amount of space we have. It is more of a functional setup than a fancy office. We have the room we need to handle the day-to-day work for Ilite India. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is running okay. The village environment is pretty quiet compared to the city, which is a nice change of pace. We spend most of our time dealing with the actual operations and less time sitting around in meetings. The buildings on the plots are basic but they do the job we need them to do. Sometimes the weather out here makes things a bit interesting, especially during the heavy rainy season. We have our daily routines and we stick to them. It is honest work and we have been at it for a while now. We don't really have a big story to tell anyone. We just set up shop here in Vijayanagaram and kept going. It is a straightforward operation. We manage the logistics and the team from this spot every single day without any unnecessary drama.
