You can find us at the Srinagar Colony in Vizianagaram. We are located at D/No 15-20, which is where V G K Misra has the office set up for Ap Nregs. This part of Andhra Pradesh is usually pretty calm, especially when you compare it to the bigger cities nearby. Our work mostly revolves around the Nregs projects, so that means we do a lot of coordination with local people and make sure the records are kept straight. To be honest, it is mostly administrative stuff and paperwork. We spend a lot of our mornings going through registers and checking on how the work in the fields is progressing. The office itself is just a regular house-style building in the colony. It does not have any big flashy signs or bright lights. People who need to talk to us usually know exactly where Srinagar Colony is and they just walk right in. Gajularega is a decent area to work out of and we have a small group here handling the daily tasks. We do not have any fancy software or high-tech systems, just the basic computers and a lot of patience. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It is a very local way of doing things. We know most of the people who come through the door by their names. It is not a fast-paced environment, but we stay steady.
