Visakha Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is located right on R.K. Beach Road, which sounds fancy but we are actually based inside Prince Apt. at Kwality Complex. We use Block 3, specifically Flats 7 and 8. It is a bit of a different setup since it is an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. You can hear the ocean if the windows are open and the wind is blowing the right way, though mostly we just hear the traffic from the beach road. Inside, we have desks set up where the living rooms used to be. There are stacks of polymer samples and folders everywhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating things or looking over technical specs for the materials we handle. It is a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab snacks from the local vendors nearby. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist, so if someone comes by, they usually just knock and walk right into the middle of whatever we are working on. It’s a practical way to work and being near the beach makes the long afternoons a little easier to handle. We have been in these flats for a while now and the neighbors in the complex are used to the coming and going of our staff.
