Prasanthi Constructions

Our office is in Simhagiri Towers, specifically room T.F-5 at No. 49-8-17/20 in Lalitha Nagar. It is an apartment-style office, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate space. We have blueprints and site maps pinned to the walls and rolls of drawings sitting in the corners. We have been working on various building projects around the area for some time now. Most of our days are spent between the office and the actual construction sites. We often come back with dusty shoes and a lot of things to write down. It is a small team, and we have known each other for years. We usually have a pot of tea going, and the phone rings pretty often with updates from the field. Lalitha Nagar is a decent area, and being in the towers gives us a bit of a view of what is going on around us. We do not have any slick marketing or a big sales team. It is just us doing the planning and making sure the buildings get put up properly. Sometimes the work gets stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it. We like the process of seeing something go from a drawing to a real structure. It is a lot of coordination and simple hard work. We just take it one project at a time and do our best.
