Sri Sai Amruth Food Park

Started this food park over in BS Layout because we saw some space and thought it would work for people in Seethammadhara. We are just across from Sri Kanya Foods. Most days it gets pretty busy when the sun goes down. People walk over from the nearby houses or stop their bikes while heading home from work. It is not some fancy place with air conditioning everywhere, but we keep it running. The staff stays busy cleaning tables and making sure things are moving. We have different stalls set up. Sometimes the rain causes a bit of a mess outside, but that is just how it is in Vizag during the monsoon. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most of our regulars are families who don't want to cook at home on a Friday night. It gets noisy with kids running around and people talking over their plates. We just try to keep the food coming out on time. The kitchen stays hot, especially in the summer months. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just us here in the food park trying to get through the day. Sometimes we run out of things if the crowd is too big, which is annoying but it happens. We like being part of this neighborhood. Seeing the same faces every week makes the work feel a bit easier. Just a local spot for a quick bite. We don't have many employees, just enough to keep the stalls running and the trash cans empty. It is a simple life here in Seethammadhara and we are just happy to be a part of it.
